Excel responds to BBC Watchdog

Excel Parking Services Ltd was the subject of a feature on the BBC's Watchdog programme on the 19th April 2012. The investigation was in relation to a single Parking Charge Notice issued at a retail site in Stockport, Manchester.
Whilst the programme interviewed Mr Patrick Troy, Chief Executive Officer of the British Parking Association (The industry's Trade Association and governing body), the BBC did not give a true account of matters or permit Mr Troy the opportunity to respond on air fully and therefore we make available to the public copies of letters and correspondance sent to the BBC watchdog programme from both Excel Parking Services and the British Parking Association.
