As one of the leading Car Park management companies in the United Kingdom, Excel Parking Services is constantly developing to meet our ever increasing business needs. We now require an additional full-time Case Administrator to work in our busy Central Payments Office.

The perfect candidate will have an eye for detail, and an ability to deal with incoming issues in a professional and succinct manner. A good grasp of English punctuation and grammar is a must, as the role revolves around the creation of written correspondence in response to an incoming appeal.

Your day to day duties will include:

- The investigation of various accounts using our centralised systems. Being able to highlight any queries raised, and answering them in

- The creation of written correspondence in response to motorist queries, good grammar and punctuation is a must.

- Deal with Call Centre overspill; providing motorists with general information, and giving advice with regards to the appeals procedure.

- General data input and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

The following skills are desirable:

- A good grasp of written and spoken English.

- The ability to effectively and efficiently deal with problems using our centralised systems.

- Well organised.

- The ability to work as both part of team and also using your own initiative.

- A persuasive and assertive telephone manner, with the ability to keep calm in a pressurised environment.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
SALARY: MEETS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE
HOURS: 38.75 HOURS P/W
SHIFT: FLEXIBLE (Mon–Fri & Tues–Sat shifts both available)
